A white wine fermented like a red. Utilizing an ancient winemaking technique, CONTACT is produced by naturally fermenting Pinot Gris grapes on its skins to extract color, phenols, and tannins. This wine was left on its skins for 30 days of post fermentation maceration before being moved to neutral wood barrels for 8 months of aging.. This technique of winemaking is commonly referred to as orange wine due to the wine’s darker, slightly orang tinge.
